Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Procurement professional to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, and procurement operations for civil construction projects. The ideal candidate must have prior work experience in Oman and strong knowledge of local market practices, suppliers, and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end procurement activities for civil construction projectsSource and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers within OmanPrepare RFQs, analyze quotations, and negotiate pricing and contract termsEnsure timely procurement of materials in line with project schedulesCoordinate with project, engineering, and site teams for material requirementsMaintain vendor database and develop strong supplier relationshipsEnsure compliance with company policies and local regulationsMonitor market trends, material costs, and supplier performanceHandle purchase orders, contracts, and documentationSupport cost control and budgeting activitiesRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field8–15 years of experience in procurement within civil construction projectsMandatory: Prior work experience in Oman ,Strong knowledge of local suppliers, subcontractors, and procurement processesGood negotiation and vendor management skills
